We are committed to your satisfaction as we value your repeat business and referrals and thus all our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the purchase or receive a faulty/damaged product, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you provided if it is still new, unused, resalable in its original packaging and we are notified within 14 days of delivery.
Returns & Replacements
We will endevour to repair or replace the item where possible but if the stock is no longer available then a full refund will be provided. If the return is due to a product defect or damage during transport, then we will cover the cost of return shipping. However if the request is to refund or exchange the item due to a change of mind then the buyer will be required to cover the cost of return shipping. We believe this is fair.
If you have not paid for your order and are intending to pick it up then we only accept cash on pick up as we do not have the payment processing facilities at our pick up location. However if you are paying online, we offer bank deposit and Visa & Mastercard credit card payments through our payment provider PayPal. Bank deposit payments and credit card payments may take 1-3 business days to clear before we are able to process your order.
At DogKennelsDirect, we take your privacy seriously and take all reasonable care when transferring and storing your details. We only collect the information that we need to conduct our business such as names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway service provider (PayPal), our courier companies, our order fulfillment companies and where required by law to government or regulatory authorities. No credit card details are stored permanently by DogKennelsDirect. We do not sell your details to anyone period.
